Network Display - Nodes (orthologous groups)are either coloured (if they are directly linked to the input - as in the table) or white (nodes are not directly linked to the input). Edges (putative links
between orthologous groups) consist of up to three lines: a red line indicates the presence of fusion evidence for the link; green - neighbourhood evidence; blue - phylogenetic coocurrence evidence. A bold line indicates particularly strong evidence in each case. Hovering or clicking will reveal more information about the node/edge. The network depth may be increased from a default value of 1 in the input form below. The edge scaling factor scales the length of high confidence edges and allows these edges to be drawn nearer together or further apart
